Consent to Receive Advertising Mailings

This is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is legally binding.

1. Consent

1.1. By clicking the form submission button on the website https://plasticexpert.ru/ (the "Site") or by ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Limited Liability Company Trade and Industrial Enterprise «Plastic Expert» (Plastic Expert LLC), INN 6164139041, KPP 616401001, OGRN 1226100022884, address: 344002, Russia, Rostov-on-Don, Beregovaya St., 10, room 4 (the "Operator"), my consent to receive advertising and informational messages in accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 «On Advertising».

1.2. This consent is also consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of the mailing on the terms of section 4.

2. Channels and content of the mailing

2.1. Messages are sent to the e-mail address and telephone number I have provided (calls, SMS messages, messages in messengers).

2.2. Content: company news, price lists, commercial offers and information about the Operator's products and services.

2.3. The sender is the Operator. E-mail mailings are sent using the UniSender service (Unisender Smart LLC), to which the Operator entrusts the processing of my data.

3. Validity period and opting out of the mailing

3.1. The consent is valid from the moment it is given until I opt out of the mailing.

3.2. I can opt out of the mailing at any time: by using the "Unsubscribe" link in any e-mail, by a letter to info@plasticexpertindustrial.com with the subject "Opt-out of mailing", or by notifying the Operator of my refusal by telephone. The Operator stops the mailing immediately after receiving the refusal.

4. Processing of personal data

4.1. Data: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name.

4.2. Purpose: sending the advertising and informational messages specified in section 2.

4.3. Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer to Unisender Smart LLC for the sending of messages, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools.

4.4. Processing period: until I opt out of the mailing or withdraw my consent. After that the data is destroyed within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law. Withdrawal: to info@plasticexpertindustrial.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent".

5. Other terms

5.1. The consent is given voluntarily, is given separately from the consent to the processing of personal data (https://plasticexpert.ru/soglasie-na-obrabotku-pdn/) and is not a condition for obtaining the Operator's goods and services.
