Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is legally binding.

1. Consent

1.1. By clicking the form submission button on the website https://plasticexpert.ru/ (the "Site") or by ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Limited Liability Company Trade and Industrial Enterprise «Plastic Expert» (Plastic Expert LLC), INN 6164139041, KPP 616401001, OGRN 1226100022884, address: 344002, Russia, Rostov-on-Don, Beregovaya St., 10, room 4 (the "Operator"), specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

1.2. I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://plasticexpert.ru/politika-konfidentsialnosti/).

2. List of personal data

2.1. Name; telephone number; e-mail address; company name; text of the message, as well as other information that I provide in the form.

2.2. Technical data: IP address, cookie data, information about the browser, device and operating system, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, referral source, actions on the page.

3. Purposes of processing

receiving and handling my request or enquiry, communicating with me;
preparing a commercial offer, concluding and performing a contract;
analysing Site traffic and improving the operation of the Site;
protecting the Site forms from spam and automated requests.

4. Actions with the data

4.1. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in clause 5.1, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools. My data is not disseminated (disclosed to an indefinite number of persons).

5. Transfer to third parties in the Russian Federation

5.1. I consent to the processing of my data by Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica, Yandex.Maps), Beget LLC (hosting of the Site) and, if I have consented to the advertising mailing, Unisender Smart LLC (the UniSender service) — on behalf of the Operator and for the purposes specified in section 3.

6. Validity period and withdrawal of consent

6.1. The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

6.2. I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending a letter to info@plasticexpertindustrial.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent" and stating my surname, first name and the contact details used on the Site. The Operator ceases processing and destroys my data within 30 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law.

6.3. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.

7. Other terms

7.2. I confirm that the data I have provided is accurate and relates to me, or that I have the right to disclose it to the Operator.
