Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy determines the procedure for the processing and protection of personal data of visitors and users of the website https://plasticexpert.ru/ (the "Site") and has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data» (the "Law"). The Policy is published on the Site in accordance with part 2 of Article 18.1 of the Law.

1.2. The personal data operator is Limited Liability Company Trade and Industrial Enterprise «Plastic Expert» (Plastic Expert LLC), INN 6164139041, KPP 616401001, OGRN 1226100022884, address: 344002, Russia, Rostov-on-Don, Beregovaya St., 10, room 4; e-mail: info@plasticexpertindustrial.com (the "Operator").

1.3. The person responsible for organising the processing of personal data is appointed by order of the Operator. Requests concerning the processing of personal data are accepted at info@plasticexpertindustrial.com.

1.4. The Operator sends a notification of the processing of personal data to Roskomnadzor in the cases provided for by Article 22 of the Law.

1.6. The Operator processes personal data on a lawful and fair basis, only for purposes determined in advance, to the extent necessary for those purposes, and stores it no longer than the purposes of processing require.

2. Purposes, categories of data and legal grounds for processing

2.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

2.1.1. Receiving and handling enquiries and requests submitted through the forms on the Site; communicating with the person who submitted the enquiry; preparing a commercial offer; concluding and performing a contract. Data: name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, text of the message. Legal ground: the consent of the personal data subject (clause 1 of part 1 of Article 6 of the Law) and, for individual entrepreneurs, also the conclusion and performance of a contract (clause 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of the Law).

2.1.2. Informing about the Operator's products, prices and offers (advertising mailings by e-mail and telephone) — only persons who have given separate consent. Data: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name. Legal ground: the consent of the data subject.

2.1.3. Analysing Site traffic and improving the operation of the Site. Data: the technical data specified in clause 2.2. Legal ground: the consent of the data subject, expressed by continuing to use the Site after being notified of the use of cookies.

2.1.4. Protecting the Site forms from spam and automated requests. Data: the technical data specified in clause 2.2. Legal ground: the consent of the data subject.

2.2. Technical data: IP address, cookie data, information about the browser, device and operating system, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, referral source, actions on the page (clicks, scrolling, pointer movements).

2.3. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.

3. Actions with personal data

3.1. The Operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in section 4, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools.

3.2. The Operator does not disseminate personal data (does not disclose it to an indefinite number of persons).

4. Services and third parties

4.1. To achieve the stated purposes, the Operator uses the following services and organisations:

Yandex LLC — Yandex.Metrica (web analytics, including the Webvisor service) and Yandex.Maps. Yandex receives the technical data specified in clause 2.2. Webvisor records the visitor's actions on the page; input fields are masked, and data entered in the Site forms is not transmitted to Yandex.Metrica.
Unisender Smart LLC (INN 9731091240) — the UniSender e-mail mailing service. The processing of the name, e-mail address and company name is entrusted to this person only in respect of data subjects who have consented to the mailing.
Beget LLC (INN 7801451618) — the hosting provider. The Site and the data received through its forms are hosted on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The protection of the Site forms from spam and automated requests is provided by software running on the Operator's own server (including the open-source ALTCHA); no data is transferred to third parties in the process. Fonts are hosted on the Site itself and are not loaded from third-party servers.

4.2. The contact buttons on the Site (messengers, social networks, video platforms) lead to third-party services. When you follow them, your data is processed by those services under their own rules; the Operator does not transfer data to them.

4.3. Persons to whom processing is entrusted are obliged to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data. Data is provided to government authorities in the cases and in the manner established by law. Data is transferred to other persons only with the consent of the data subject. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.

5. Cookies

5.1. Cookies are small text files that the Site saves in the visitor's browser. The Site uses: necessary cookies (remembering consent to the cookie notice, operation of pages and forms); Yandex.Metrica analytics cookies; and Yandex.Maps cookies.

5.2. By continuing to use the Site and clicking the "OK" button in the cookie notice, the visitor agrees to the use of cookies under the terms of this Policy.

5.3. The visitor can disable or delete cookies in the settings of their browser (the "Privacy", "Security" or "Cookies" sections). If cookies are disabled, certain functions of the Site, including the forms, may not work correctly. Data collection by Yandex.Metrica can be declined using the tools provided by Yandex.

5.4. Cookie retention periods are determined by the browser settings and the rules of the relevant services.

6. Retention periods and destruction of data

6.1. Personal data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the data subject withdraws consent, unless a longer retention period is established by law or by contract.

6.2. Data processed for mailings is stored until the data subject opts out of the mailing or withdraws consent.

6.3. Once the purpose of processing has been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the personal data (deletes it from information systems, mail, the mailing service and physical media) within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision and dissemination (Article 19 of the Law): it limits the circle of persons admitted to processing, requires confidentiality to be observed, and uses a secure connection (HTTPS) on the Site.

7.2. The recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

8. Rights of the personal data subject

8.1. The personal data subject has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data; demand that it be clarified, blocked or destroyed; withdraw consent to processing; demand that the processing of data for advertising purposes be stopped; and appeal against the actions of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

8.2. To exercise your rights, send a request to info@plasticexpertindustrial.com with the subject "Personal data enquiry", stating your surname and first name, the contact details used on the Site and the substance of your request. The Operator has the right to request documents confirming your identity. A reply is sent within the period established by the Law (10 business days).

8.3. Consent to processing is withdrawn by a letter to info@plasticexpertindustrial.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent". Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the period specified in clause 6.3. You can opt out of advertising mailings by using the "Unsubscribe" link in any e-mail or by a letter to the same address.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Operator has the right to amend the Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site. The current version is available at https://plasticexpert.ru/politika-konfidentsialnosti/
