Acceptance of the New JDDC-50-800 Extruder

🚀 PlasticExpert, together with the JIADE factory, has completed the acceptance tests of the new JDDC-50-800 extruder (50 mm screw, working roll width 800 mm). The equipment is fully ready for shipment and will be used at a production facility in Russia to produce high-quality polyethylene film.
Quality and reliability
Every extruder undergoes strict control at the assembly and testing stage. The JDDC-50-800 model is equipped with an extended set of options for automating the process and increasing productivity.
💡 Custom refinement — the design of key units was developed by PlasticExpert engineers taking into account the specifics of Russian production and the customer's requirements.

- Film thickness (LDPE): 0.01–0.1 mm
- Material: LDPE
- Maximum film width: 300–700 mm
- Installed power: 60 kW
- Average power consumption: ~20–23 kW/h
The JDDC-50-800 extruder is suitable for producing LDPE polyethylene film for various purposes — packaging, technical and food.
📦 The equipment is already ready for shipment to the Russian Federation and will shortly be installed at the customer's facility.
