Where we deliver from

Equipment is supplied from the warehouse in Pavlovsky Posad (Moscow Region) or directly from the manufacturing plants — from warehouses at the Jiade plant in Shanghai and the Candar Makina plant in Istanbul.

Which equipment is in demand

In Siberia, film extruders and plastic recycling equipment are searched for noticeably more often than the Russian average; in the Far East, recycling equipment is also in demand. In demand:

Film extruders — single-layer and three-layer blown film extruders for HDPE and LDPE.
Shredders — single-shaft and twin-shaft, 22–110 kW — primary size reduction of waste.
Recycling lines — from waste size reduction to recycled pellets.
Crushers — 37–132 kW — sprues, rejects, containers, pipes, film.
Injection molding machines — molding of plastic products, clamping force from 100 to 6000 t.
Bag-making machines — T-shirt bags, garbage bags on a roll, packaging bags, bottom-seal and side-seal bags.

Raw materials

Polymers in Siberia are produced by Tomskneftekhim (polypropylene, high-pressure polyethylene) and Poliom in Omsk (polypropylene). Polymer prices are on the “Polymer Prices” page.

What we do for the customer

Selection. Based on the product, raw material and required output; for injection molding machines — based on the mold.
Delivery. From a warehouse in Russia or directly from the manufacturing plant, to your plant.
Commissioning and operator training — at the customer's site.
Service and spare parts — screws, knives, heaters, sensors and other consumables.
Leasing — equipment can be obtained without paying the full price up front.

Do you deliver to the plant?

Yes, we arrange delivery to your site. We calculate the cost and lead time for the specific machine and address.

Do you carry out commissioning on site?

Yes, we carry out commissioning and operator training at the customer's site; the terms are set out in the contract.

How long does equipment take to reach Siberia?

The lead time depends on where the machine is shipped from — a warehouse in the Moscow Region or directly from a plant in China. A manager will calculate the lead time and delivery cost to your plant.
