What we do

The company deals with equipment and raw materials for the processing and packaging industry: we select machines for the customer's task, supply them, commission them and train personnel, and provide service and spare parts. We work directly with manufacturing plants: Jiade (China) and Candar Makina (Turkey).

Equipment: where to start choosing

New equipment. Selected for the task: product type, raw material, required output, available floor space and electrical power.

Used equipment. Machines previously in operation: the condition and completeness of a specific unit are confirmed by the manager for that item. The company repairs and restores production equipment, and also carries out overhauls and restoration of bag-making machines.

Spare parts and peripherals. Screws and screw-and-barrel sets, components, cooling systems.

If you have not yet decided on the type of machine, start with the task: what you plan to produce and from which raw material, in what volume and at what site. With this information the selection takes much less time.

Delivery and logistics

The company's office is in Rostov-on-Don, 10 Beregovaya St. The warehouse in Rostov Region is in Azov, 4 Garazhny Lane. The company also has warehouses in Moscow, Shanghai and Istanbul. Delivery is arranged across Russia.

Delivery times and the availability of a specific machine are confirmed by the manager: we do not publish lead times per item so as not to present estimates as guaranteed. The general workflow runs from selection and calculation to commissioning at the customer's site.

Service and training

The company provides setup, maintenance and service of equipment, as well as overhaul and restoration of production machines. A published example: completed restoration of a LUNG MENG bag-making machine — diagnostics and restoration of pneumatic units, adjustment, replacement and repair of electronic and electrical modules, adjustment and repair of mechanical drives, and manufacture of new parts equivalent to the originals.

For companies launching new equipment or training operators, there are training programs: extrusion line operator, stretch line operator, flexographic machine operator, pelletizing line operator, film production technologist. A certificate is issued upon completion of training.

Leasing and Trade-in

Besides direct purchase, equipment can be obtained through leasing or purchased under a Trade-in scheme. Terms are discussed individually and depend on the machine type and the company's task.
