Central Russia is the country's largest plastics processing market: it has the most injection molding, film and packaging production sites. Where we deliver from

The warehouse in Pavlovsky Posad (Moscow Region) ships equipment to Moscow and the regions of Central Russia. Machines that are not in stock are supplied directly from the manufacturing plants: we have warehouses at the Jiade plant in Shanghai and the Candar Makina plant in Istanbul.

Which equipment is in demand

In the Central Federal District, industrial chillers and pelletizers are searched for more often than the Russian average — a sign of the large number of injection molding sites and companies that recycle their own waste. In demand:

Injection molding machines — molding of plastic products, clamping force from 100 to 6000 t.
Industrial chillers — water cooling for injection molding machines, extruders and blow molding machines.
Pelletizers — single-stage and two-stage with a thermal compactor, mini pelletizers.
Shredders — single-shaft and twin-shaft, 22–110 kW — primary size reduction of waste.
Crushers — 37–132 kW — sprues, rejects, containers, pipes, film.
Bag-making machines — T-shirt bags, garbage bags on a roll, packaging bags, bottom-seal and side-seal bags.

Raw materials

What we do for the customer

Selection. Based on the product, raw material and required output; for injection molding machines — based on the mold.
Delivery. From a warehouse in Russia or directly from the manufacturing plant, to your plant.
Commissioning and operator training — at the customer's site.
Service and spare parts — screws, knives, heaters, sensors and other consumables.
Leasing — equipment can be obtained without paying the full price up front.

Yes, we arrange delivery to your site. We calculate the cost and lead time for the specific machine and address.

Do you carry out commissioning on site?

Yes, we carry out commissioning and operator training at the customer's site; the terms are set out in the contract.
