The Volga Federal District ranks second in demand for plastics processing equipment after Central Russia. Large petrochemical plants producing polyethylene and polypropylene operate here, surrounded by injection molding, film and packaging production sites.

Where we deliver from

Equipment for the Volga Region is supplied from the warehouse in Pavlovsky Posad (Moscow Region) or directly from the manufacturing plants — from warehouses at the Jiade plant in Shanghai and the Candar Makina plant in Istanbul.

Which equipment is in demand

In the Volga district, injection molding machines, bag-making machines and plastic crushers are searched for more often than the Russian average. In demand:

Injection molding machines — molding of plastic products, clamping force from 100 to 6000 t.
Bag-making machines — T-shirt bags, garbage bags on a roll, packaging bags, bottom-seal and side-seal bags.
Crushers — 37–132 kW — sprues, rejects, containers, pipes, film.
Shredders — single-shaft and twin-shaft, 22–110 kW — primary size reduction of waste.
Film extruders — single-layer and three-layer blown film extruders for HDPE and LDPE.
Industrial chillers — water cooling for injection molding machines, extruders and blow molding machines.

Raw materials

Large polymer producers are nearby: Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Kazanorgsintez in Tatarstan, and Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat in Bashkortostan. Proximity to raw materials is one of the reasons for the large number of processing sites here. Polymer prices are on the “Polymer Prices” page.

Delivery. From a warehouse in Russia or directly from the manufacturing plant, to your plant.
Commissioning and operator training — at the customer's site.

Leasing — equipment can be obtained without paying the full price up front.

Yes, we arrange delivery to your site. We calculate the cost and lead time for the specific machine and address.

Do you carry out commissioning on site?

Yes, we carry out commissioning and operator training at the customer's site; the terms are set out in the contract.
