Successful Delivery and Commissioning of the JDDC-55-1100 Extrusion Line

In July 2025 our company successfully completed the delivery, installation and full commissioning of the JDDC-55-1100 extrusion line at the client's production site in the city of Voronezh.

The equipment is designed for producing low- and high-density polyethylene film (HDPE/LDPE) and has already been put into industrial operation. All work was carried out turnkey: from delivery and installation to adjustment, a test run and staff training.

• Film thickness: from 0.008 to 0.05 mm (HDPE)
• Maximum film width: 500–1000 mm
• Installed power: 60 kW
• Actual power consumption: about 20–23 kW/h
• Capacity: 30–70 kg/h (depending on parameters)
• Machine dimensions: 5000×2000×5600 mm
• Total weight: about 3000 kg

• Screw diameter: Ø55 mm, material 38CrMoAlA, length/diameter – 30:1
• Drive: Delta servo motor 27 kW with servo inverter
• Gearbox: Hardened toothed, type 200
• Die head: Sets for HDPE and LDPE, with a rotating unit
• Air ring: Dual cooling circuit
• Temperature zones: 5 zones with ±2℃ accuracy
• Heaters: Ceramic, automatic control
• Cooling: 550 W fans ×2, controlled by Delta 5 kW
• Automation: Automatic loader, dosing unit, extrusion control
• Knives: Hot (2 pcs), cold (6 pcs), slitting knife
• Winding: Automatic two-station winder with mechanical and pneumatic shafts
• Control: Delta, Schneider, CHNT components
• Additional: Japanese NTN bearings, pneumatic clutch, stabilizing device
