The AL-02 is an automatic high-speed six-shaft rewinder with non-stop roll changing for aluminum foil and baking paper.

It uses a dual-motor tension control system that removes downtime caused by magnetic powder unit failure, making tension more stable and material counting more accurate. Non-stop roll changing on six shafts saves roll-change time and increases output; compressed air is used for winding and unwinding, which reduces wrinkles on the finished rolls. No glue is consumed, which lowers costs and keeps the production area clean. Sensors allow short labels to be applied, saving material.
