Description

The CF-01 is a new-generation automatic cling film rewinder. Its functions include automatic short-label application, reverse folding with a short label, reverse rubbing of the roll end and perforating.

Precision parts and machining, together with servo and stepper control, improve the accuracy of the rewound length and of short-label placement. The human-machine interface is fully automatic and convenient to operate. Different servo motors are fitted in the unwinding and winding mechanisms; film tension is controlled by a servo motor, so the machine rewinds both blown and cast film, and the film does not break during perforating, which makes operation more stable.
