Technical features and advantages:
Reliable materials: Shafts and gears are made of high-strength alloy steel.
Gear durability: The gears undergo special processing, including carburizing, hardening and grinding.
Strength and precision: Gear hardness reaches HRC54-62. Gear accuracy corresponds to level 6 (per standard GB10095-88).
Axial load protection: A large thrust bearing is installed in the front part of the hollow output shaft. It effectively withstands the axial pressure of the screw during operation.
Operating efficiency: The units feature compact dimensions and a high load-bearing capacity. They provide smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
