Description

Productive rewinder for thin materials: aluminum foil and baking (parchment) paper.
The model is equipped with a fully automatic system with non-stop roll changeover — the line does not stop and productivity stays at its maximum. A dual-motor tension circuit maintains stable tension and winding geometry, while the pneumatic winding/unwinding system reduces the risk of wrinkles and web damage.
Glueless technology for fixing reduces consumption of auxiliary materials and keeps the production clean. Modern sensors make it possible to apply short labels and optimize consumption. A conveyor/accumulator for finished rolls and a unit for narrow rolls (120 mm)are available on request. Remote diagnostics and service.
