COSMO STBCR-40 Bag-Making Machine: High Productivity and Automated Bag Production

Plastic Expert offers the Taiwan-made COSMO STBCR-40 bag-making machine. The equipment is designed for automatic production of T-shirt bags, as well as bottom-seal bags on a roll on a core.

The model has two working lanes and can produce up to 150 bags per minute on each of them. The total output of the equipment reaches 300 items per minute, which makes the machine an effective solution for enterprises with large production volumes.

Automation and precision

The COSMO STBCR-40 is equipped with two servo motors, which allow precise adjustment of the bag length and the line speed. It is controlled by a PLC controller with a self-diagnostics function.

To monitor the production process, sensors for film end, film break and film jam are provided. If a fault occurs, the equipment stops automatically, which helps prevent material damage, reduce the number of rejects and cut downtime.

Photo-sensor devices ensure accurate handling of film that has already been printed.
