Description
Screw air compressor with two-stage compression: two air ends and two permanent magnet motors with independent variable speed control. 14 models from 22 to 250 kW, capacity 3.6–56.1 m³/min.
Key features
- two air ends connected in series, each driven by its own permanent magnet motor;
- dual variable speed control: output follows air demand, soft start without current peaks;
- lower compression ratio per stage reduces internal leakage and bearing load;
- interstage pressure is adjusted to the station working pressure;
- air or water cooling;
- energy efficiency class 1 to GB/T 19153-2019.
Use in plastics production
- pneumatic systems of injection molding machines: clamping, ejectors, robot part removal;
- preform blowing and forming on blow molding machines (up to 1 MPa);

All models: VSD start; power supply 220/380/415 V, 50/60 Hz; discharge air temperature not above ambient +10 °C with air cooling and not above 40 °C with water cooling.
How to select
A two-stage unit pays off in stations from 22 kW running under long load cycles: it is the main air source for injection molding, blow molding or extrusion halls. Select the model by the total demand at the required pressure and add a 10–20% margin for growth.
Questions and answers
How does a two-stage compressor differ from a single-stage one?
Air is compressed in two air ends in series, so the compression ratio of each stage is lower. This reduces leakage and compression temperature and gives more air per kilowatt at the same pressure.
Which cooling should I choose?
Air cooling suits a heated, well-ventilated compressor room. Water cooling suits large models and plants with a cooling water circuit or high room temperature.
