Description
Screw air compressor directly driven by an induction motor with star-delta start. 16 models from 7.5 to 250 kW for steady load.
Key features
- direct drive of the air end without belts;
- star-delta start, simple control circuit;
- pressure of 0.7, 0.8 or 1.0 MPa;
- air or water cooling;
- energy efficiency class 1 to GB/T 19153-2019.
Use in plastics production
- pneumatic systems of injection molding machines: clamping, ejectors, robot part removal;
- preform blowing and forming on blow molding machines (up to 1 MPa);
- air cooling and bubble inflation on film extrusion lines;
- pneumatic conveying of pellets, auto loaders and hopper dryers;
- pneumatic cylinders and blow-off on bag-making machines and packaging lines.

All models: power supply 220/380/415 V, 50/60 Hz; discharge air temperature not above ambient +10 °C with air cooling and not above 40 °C with water cooling.
How to select
A direct-drive compressor pays off at a steady demand close to its rated capacity, for example as the base-load machine of a station while a VSD unit covers the peaks.

When to choose direct drive and when VSD?
At a steady load above 80%, direct drive. With fluctuating demand a VSD compressor saves energy.
