Description
Single-stage screw air compressor with a low-speed air end, inverter and permanent magnet motor. 15 models from 7.5 to 250 kW, pressure 0.6–1.5 MPa.
Key features
- variable speed control keeps network pressure within ±0.01 MPa;
- no load/unload cycles: lower idle losses and steadier pressure at the consumers;
- lower average network pressure reduces leakage;
- soft start without current peaks in the grid;
- working range 0.6–1.5 MPa; higher-pressure versions on request;
- energy efficiency class 1 to GB/T 19153-2019.
Use in plastics production
- pneumatic systems of injection molding machines: clamping, ejectors, robot part removal;
- preform blowing and forming on blow molding machines (up to 1 MPa);
- air cooling and bubble inflation on film extrusion lines;
- pneumatic conveying of pellets, auto loaders and hopper dryers;
- pneumatic cylinders and blow-off on bag-making machines and packaging lines.

All models: air or water cooling; VSD start; power supply 220/380/415 V, 50/60 Hz.
How to select
The compressor suits plants with variable air demand, for example when some injection molding or blow molding machines run on separate shifts. The variable speed drive reduces output together with demand and does not waste energy idling.
Questions and answers
What pressure is available?
Standard range is 0.6–1.5 MPa; models from 45 kW are rated up to 1.25 MPa. Capacity at each pressure is listed in the table.
Is an air receiver needed with a VSD compressor?
Yes, a receiver smooths demand peaks and reduces speed changes. Its volume is selected by the compressor capacity.
