Piston air compressors

Tank-mounted piston air compressors, 0.75–45 kW: single-stage 8 bar, two-stage 12.5 bar, oil-free, 30 bar medium-pressure and petrol-driven units.

A piston compressor suits areas with low or intermittent air demand: maintenance shops, mold servicing, blow-off, air tools, laboratory and auxiliary operations. The 30 bar units are used for PET bottle blowing on machines that need high blowing pressure.

For continuous production demand a screw compressor is more efficient. Air from a piston compressor is cleaned with water separators, filters and dryers.
