Refrigerated and desiccant air dryers, line filters, water separators and air receivers for cleaning and storing compressed air downstream of the compressor.
Moisture and oil in compressed air corrode pneumatic components, cause defects in blow molding and leave marks on parts. A refrigerated dryer lowers the pressure dew point to +2…+10 °C, a desiccant dryer to −20 °C. AO, AA, ACS and AX filter grades remove particles, liquid oil and oil vapour step by step.
The equipment is sized to the compressor capacity, working pressure and required air purity.
