Oil-sealed screw vacuum pump with coaxial drive by an eight-pole IP65 permanent magnet motor and inverter. 14 models from 4 to 132 kW, ultimate pressure down to 0.35 mbar (abs.).

How to select

Select the pump by pumping speed at the working vacuum of the process. Compared with liquid ring pumps, no service water supply or disposal is needed.

Questions and answers

Is the pump suitable for extruder degassing?

Yes, deep vacuum down to 35 Pa and speed control keep stable vacuum in the venting zone. A filter or volatiles condenser is installed upstream of the pump.

Can the pump be connected to a SCADA system?

Yes, the pump has an RS485 interface and supports remote monitoring.
